Our Mates Place has a variety of fun sessions which are Participant lead.
Some of our Sessions include Art & Craft, Dance Fitness & Movement, Games & Sport, Fun Friday, Moving in Mackay, Music & Karaoke, Woodwork, Gardening, Computers VR Science & Photography and Cooking. Our Facilitators will assist you to learn important life skills whilst having fun with friends. Our Mates Place is for Participants aged 14 years and older and runs from 9am-3pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
We offer a morning session 9am – 11.45pm and an afternoon session 12.15pm – 3pm. You can choose to come to one session or both sessions. Unique Directions can provide you with 1:1 support at Our Mates Place. If you would like to be supported to attend Our Mates Place with a Unique Directions support worker, please contact the Client Services Manager (nikki.vloedmans@uniquedirections.com.au)
